Kitty cats, an elephant!, and some rebels, oops "black bears"!

Last weekend we went to a corn maze in The Kiln.

Took some pretty pictures..



Got nibbled on by a pig! (I did, anyway.)

Saw some cows, and other animals.

Went through the maze. Well, actually Gay, Hazel, Ethan, and their family did. Myself, Mom, and Eliza claire busted our way out less than half way through.

Then we let EC play and get dirty.

She cried on the Moo Moo train.

We started off Halloween with a trip to Oxford for the Ole Miss vs auburn game.

Trey had to push the stroller up this huge hill... Brian and I, did not ;)

I showed Eliza Claire around.

Maybe she will be the third generation to go here.

We found our old friends.

And made some new ones...

After the game we all piled back in the van and headed to Ackerman.

Brian got to see where the famous Pap's Place is. The kids got to see Boo Boo and play with all of her cool stuff.

We said our goodbyes and headed home to Trick or Treat.

Trey's dad just had a birthday so we ate cake and ice cream.

Some took it more seriously than others!

We got all dressed up ....

and went in search of candy.

We met our friends down the street.

Avery was much more interested in Ruffles than candy.

The rest of the evening we spent on the front patio passing out candy.

Mini-break

This past weekend started of great. I have had a trip planned with my friends for months and though I was still pretty soar, I toughed it out and went on. My friends took great care to make sure I was ok. They are the best. It was well worth it. We had a great time in Gulf Shores.

We caught a shuttle down to the concert so I didn't have to walk.

Met my cousin for dinner at the Hangout.

Saw Bon Jovi live on the beach

Relaxed on the beach

Did some Yoga

Saturday night we had dinner at LuLu's

And Sunday morning we kissed Gulf Shores, and our girls weekend goodbye.

I met trey in mobile for his mom and Ruben's birthday brunch.

then, we went to see Ruben's new house

Back to MiMi and Papaw's

Then, we had a horrible accident.

This turned in to.....

THIS..

A plastic surgeon and 8 stitches later, We got her back together again.

That evening she seemed to be ok, a little groggy from the anesthesia, but had no problem eating the cookies she baked! This was Monday morning. Monday evening we thought we lost a stitch and went to the ER here. They were NO help so we went back Mobile to the plastic surgeon Tuesday morning.

All is well. She seems to bee feeling ok, a little clingy to me. This is how she looks today.. Wednesday. Getting better every day.
At least I got a little break in between catastrophes to help deal with the drama!
